Hating your body will never get you as far as loving it will. The body you want isn’t built in the bed, get up and get it.

If I told you; I was insecure about my body you wouldn’t believe me. I’ve always felt like i was overweight and could look better physically. Don’t be hard on yourself be proud of the steps you make while getting to your end goal.
