Run RX Challenge:
✅ Single leg bridge hold for time (rx standard is 60”)
- Foot needs to stay flat
- Hips need to stay level and locked out at full extension
- Score is seconds held combined on each side (one score total)
- Note if modified to alternating leg march held (one leg out, alt with opposite leg out) at top or double leg bridge hold (both feet down, normal bridge hold)
✅Side plank hold with top leg lifted (rx standard is 60”)
- Performed on elbow
- Hips need to stay locked out (straight body), chest, belly button, pelvis facing wall not ground
- Score is seconds held combined on each side (one score total)
✅ Single leg calf raise at 60 BPM tempo (rx standard is 25 reps each leg, no knee bend)
- Can use rig or wall for balance
- Knee needs to stay locked out
- Heel elevation needs to stay consistent
- One second up, one second down
- Score is reps combined on each side (one score total)
