Saturday, June 27th, at 1:00 p.m., Century Body is hosting Zumba® for a Cause: Dance for Mindanao-- a charity event for the victims and families affected by the recent earthquake in the Philippines. Only $20 per person.

If you have never tried a Zumba class, it is a dance fitness class that uses Latin rhythms and music from around the world. It is designed to get your heart rate up, and it is open to all levels of fitness. Please wear comfortable fitness attire, and bring a pair of clean, dry shoes to wear on our dance floor. (We have hooks and cubbies for your belongings.)

You have the option of paying upon registration (via credit card) or paying at the door (cash or Venmo).

If you are NEW to Century Body, you'll need to create a profile in our Wellness Living system by clicking on "Sign Up." If you do not preregister, you'll need to fill out a paper waiver, so please arrive early. Doors open for registration at 12:30.

Tomorrow (Saturday, June 13th)! If you are NEW to Century Body, we need you to sign a waiver either online or on paper. We will have paper waivers at the studio, but it will save you time if you fill out our waiver online by creating a new student profile at wellnessliving.com/signup/century_body_llc
