Meet Catherine 👋🏼 She has certifications in personal training, Pilates, barre, and TRX! Catherine will graduate from The Ohio State University this May with a degree in health sciences. She’s attending the masters of social work program this fall. OH!

Catherine has been at Peach Haus for a little over a year. Teaching has allowed her to cultivate an environment where she’s surrounded by passionate hard working women 👏🏼 Catherine truly feels fulfilled and inspired by all of her participants every time she teaches here.

Sarah brings the kind of energy that lifts the whole room ⚡️ whether you’re walking in for your first class or pushing for a new PR. Her approach is all about building strong, resilient bodies while making sure you move and stay pain-free.

Passionate about inclusivity, Sarah creates a space where everyone feels welcome, supported and capable no matter your starting point. From beginners to regulars, you’ll find evidence-based training and good vibes in her classes.

Meet Rachel! She’s a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over five years of experience. Getting her start at the Ohio State University, Rachel has taught several class formats: strength training, cardio, TRX, barre, cycle, bootcamp, and water aerobics 💪

Her mission is simple: clients feeling comfortable taking up space in any exercise environment and confident pushing themselves to reach their goals.

Outside of Peach Haus, Rachel spends her time working towards her Masters of Public Health in Health Policy and Management (finishing in December!!), working full-time in healthcare management, and dancing 💃🏻

Meet Josephine! She’s no stranger to Peach Haus, having been a dedicated member since day one. She’s now stepping into her new role as an instructor. With over 10 years of weight training experience, she’s passionate about encouraging women to lift heavy, build confidence both in and out of the gym, and truly enjoy their workouts every day.

Josephine has called Columbus home for the past seven years and works full-time in a management role for a national women’s healthcare organization. Outside of work and the gym, you can find her walking around the city with her goldendoodle, Kenny 🐶 or exploring new coffee shops and restaurants with her fiancé and friends.

Take it from I just tried Peach Haus in Italian Village and my glutes are already thanking me!

This place is seriously amazing if you’re looking to sculpt that dream b***y & .warzycha is an incredible instructor - super helpful, knowledgeable, and makes the class the good kind of challenging.

What really impressed me? Even during the 10-second countdown, everyone pushed through! That’s the kind of dedication and motivation I need in my life 🧡

It’s never easy saying goodbye to someone who’s been part of the Peach Haus fam since the very beginning 🍑 Kayla’s last class will be March 15

From her custom programs to big b***y mixes and push-up challenges, she’s pushed us and inspired us. Kayla is on a mission to make the world a better place one big b***y at a time 👏🏼💖

POV you took your first class with 💕

Come with me to Peach Haus for one of my first workout classes EVER! Some of you may know that I had a bone tumor in my leg last year that went undiagnosed for 2 yrs and I was living with chronic pain without any answers. After almost a year in physical therapy, I wanted to push myself and try a workout class. This was perfect for me because it was really customizable to your fitness level.

Each station had different weights depending on your strength, which made me feel less anxious about potentially not being able to do something. surprisingly I was able to complete the class with barely any pain (except for the stretching at the end). I really loved this studio and I want to go back!!!
