Introducing Mat Pilates Next GEN: Youth Mat Pilates, created for the next generation of movers at PbA. ✨

Open to boys + girls ages 9–14, this 45-minute class is all about building strength, confidence, coordination + body awareness through a fun, age-appropriate Pilates flow.

You’ll learn directly from Ashtyn inside the hottest Pilates studio in town, with hands-on training in cueing, corrections, programming, class flow, form, and the foundations behind intentional teaching.
