Only a few weeks left to register your child for our Summer Strides running program!

For $75, your child (or children- the more the merrier!) will receive expert coaching from our Run Club coaches, plus support from Irmo High School Cross Country team members, while learning how to properly do running drills and train for a celebratory 5k on the last day.

And as an added bonus, this program will give them something to brag about when school starts again 😉

HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us for The Big Run last night and helped support the !!! It was an absolutely beautiful evening and it was so much fun to celebrate Global Running Day as well as 50 years of Fleet Feet!

Running can have a powerful positive impact on your life, but tackling the tough miles alongside friends makes the journey even more rewarding. We're grateful to be part of such an incredible running community and loved spending the evening celebrating with all of you!
