The Silencer Shop v. ATF ruling is obviously the most exciting and important change to firearm laws in our lifetime. We know many dealers have begun to change policies regarding suppressor transfers and we know everyone is excited to see the elimination of registration of suppressors, just as we were when the $200 tax was eliminated.
At this time, we are awaiting guidance from the ATF and industry compliance entities in order to protect ourselves and our customers moving forward. There is a good deal of grey legal area that needs to be navigated.
As soon as we have proper guidance, we will adjust our policies accordingly.
