We firmly believe that regardless of skill level, you can achieve the goals you want with us. CrossFit is meant for all levels of fitness, and our universally scalable model is built for you. All 12 Labours CrossFit staff members have one thing in common, and that is a burning passion to help others reach their fitness goals. With decades of experience between both our Full-Time and Part-Time staff we are here to help you on your journey. Each staff member has their own story, with different backgrounds/experiences that give the staff as a whole a complete spectrum to connect with our clients. Our core principles/techniques are the same across all staff, but each staff member having their own style and personality to make it their hour on the floor. Class programming is always a big question mark for a lot of people, especially when trying to understand what the purpose of it is, how much should they workout, what movements should they be doing, etc. Our class programming is split into two groups, Sport and Fitness. We split with the sole purpose of making sure our community is given the response intended for the skill level they are at. This mixed in with our coaches being the delivering tool, makes sure all of our athletes are placed in the right place to succeed. No more thinking what you are going to do at the gym on any given day, all you have to do is show up and we take care of the rest.
