NPC North American Bodybuilding show in Pittsburg. What an experience!!! This was my second show and it didn’t go as well as I could have done but… I am just learning about the sport and myself as a competitor. There is just so much to learn and perfect. One of the biggest challenges for me is my own mindset and confidence. My coach did everything she could to get my body look amazing (which I am forever grateful) and my partner in crime kept my spirits up though out the whole trip. Donna has changed my life and fulfilled my dreams to look like a superwoman which has been my dream since I was a kid. She has also been there for me to make sure I stay healthy physically and emotionally. BUT the beat part is… I have gained two friends who I hope to hold close to me for the rest of my life. I also want to thank for holding down the fort for all this time while in prep. I know it has not been easy. I want to mention one more special person who has been there for me in more ways than one can imagine. Brit, you hold a special place in my heart because you get me to my core. You barely missed a gym day and patiently supported me and put my needs First throughout both of my prep times. It is your turn now and I cannot wait to return the favor! ❤️ There are many more people though this journey that I could mention but without the people I mentioned, I could have not looked the way I did on the stage. I love you all… If you ask what’s next for me? 🤔 I cannot wait to get back in the gym and keep working on that Wonder Woman look. Not just that though… I have to continue to work on self love because after this show, I learned that it goes hand in hand.
