Never heard of SHiNE? No worries, I got you!

SHiNE Dance Fitness combines ballet, hip hop, and contemporary movements to create a fun and effective exercise program. From core toning, to cardio, to balance challenges, you will get a full body workout while enjoying today's greatest hits, along with nostalgic throwbacks! The use of visual and verbal cues allows participants to easily pick up the movements and follow along with the instructor!

Come join us at the All About Dance studio located on 2590 Vickers Dr.! I will be leading a 30 minute SHiNE Express, Wednesdays at 5:30pm, for those with limited time. Also, join April and I for a full hour SHiNE session Saturday's at 10am!

$5 per person for SHiNE Express with Me
$10 per person for SHiNE with April and I
