She started with 200.

Yesterday, we took the first step toward a big goalโ€”the Incline. Not the full thing (yet), but a starting point in Castle Rock. 200 stairs. We climbed it onceโ€ฆ and then again. That second climb? 7 minutes of grit, effort, and proof that sheโ€™s more capable than she thinks.

This is what goal-setting looks like.

Itโ€™s not about going from zero to the top overnight. Itโ€™s about showing up, stacking small wins, and building the kind of strengthโ€”physically and mentallyโ€”that carries you forward when things get hard.

Because they will get hard.

But hereโ€™s what matters most: you donโ€™t have to do it alone.

Another trip around the sunโ€ฆ and I couldnโ€™t think of a better way to celebrate than doing what I love mostโ€”training alongside an incredible group of women ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ

This year, my birthday wasnโ€™t about slowing downโ€ฆit was about showing up. For myself, for my clients, and for the community weโ€™re building together. A space where strength is celebrated, where youโ€™re supported, and where you never feel like you have to do this alone.

One of my favorite moments from the day? My 11-year-old stepdaughter asked to join the sessionโ€”and she jumped right in like she belonged there (because she does). Watching her feel strong, capable, and confident was everything. These are the moments that matter.
