She started with 200.
Yesterday, we took the first step toward a big goalโthe Incline. Not the full thing (yet), but a starting point in Castle Rock. 200 stairs. We climbed it onceโฆ and then again. That second climb? 7 minutes of grit, effort, and proof that sheโs more capable than she thinks.
This is what goal-setting looks like.
Itโs not about going from zero to the top overnight. Itโs about showing up, stacking small wins, and building the kind of strengthโphysically and mentallyโthat carries you forward when things get hard.
Because they will get hard.
But hereโs what matters most: you donโt have to do it alone.
When my clients set a goal, it becomes our goal. Iโm in it with youโevery step, every rep, every moment you want to quit but donโt. Iโll meet you where you are, and Iโll push you to where you didnโt think you could go.
The Incline is coming.
And weโll be ready. ๐ช
