Congratulations to Kathie Rice! 💙

Since joining Club Pilates Countryside in February 2019, Kathie has become an inspiration to so many members and was our very first member to reach 2,000 classes! 👏

After her doctor recommended Pilates to help with osteoporosis, Kathie committed to her health and has seen incredible improvements in her strength, mobility, and bone health. She credits Pilates for helping her stay active and moving comfortably every day.
