We’re so excited to celebrate Kristen Krouk as our September Member of the Month! 🎉 Kristen joined us in January 2025 after hip surgery and says Club Pilates has played a significant role in her recovery, helping both her hip and her entire body become stronger. Since starting, she’s also lost 40 pounds and now tries to make it into the studio five days a week!

Kristen loves the variety of classes and calls Pilates her “stress relief and therapy.” She especially loves Sevi and Linda (and the shared accomplishment of surviving Linda’s classes! 😂).

But one of her favorite parts of Club Pilates has been the community she’s found. Kristen has made wonderful friendships with fellow members and even loves hosting little get-togethers with her CP Countryside family outside the studio! 💙

We’re so proud of everything Kristen has accomplished and so lucky to have her as part of our Countryside community! ✨
