Rebecca is the kind of instructor who leaves a lasting impression. She’s deeply knowledgeable in Pilates, leads with compassion, and truly has a heart of gold.
She’s married to Wayne, proud mom to her son Trey (the best-mannered kid we know), and spends many weekends cheering at the ball field. Trey is a baseball player and a true outdoors guy fishing, hunting, shooting the full adventure package. And of course, we can’t forget Rebecca’s golden child… her Sassy, long-haired German Shepherd.
Rebecca is a woman of faith who teaches with grace, patience, and just the right amount of spice to keep you working and smiling. As our Fitness Manager, she’s also your go-to for anything you need.
