Girl to girl… once you find a a coach like and a workout that actually works, you stop settling for less 😮‍💨

The Method isn’t just about shaking, sweating, and questioning your life choices halfway through class (although… yes 😅).

It’s about strong women, strong energy, and coaches who are going to push you because they know what you’re capable of.

Around here, we do low. slow. and no fake reps.

Come see what the hype is about 🔥

“I wonder if the instructors ever do these workouts…”

Oh, they do 😌

And yes… they are also fighting for their lives right alongside you.

The burn doesn’t magically get easier just because they’re on the mic.
They know exactly what they’re asking your body to do… because they’ve suffered through it too 😂

So the next time your legs are shaking and your soul leaves your body a little, just know: everyone on that Mega is going through it.

If you’ve taken Lexi’s class, you already know she does not play.

This one will light up your core, shoulders, and soul real quick.

Humbling? Yes.
Effective? Also yes.
Will you still come back for more? Unfortunately… yes.

Catch moves like this in class all week long 🔥
