Sometimes we’re literally leaning into it. 😂
Unilateral movements can make us feel a little off-center, awkward, and uncoordinated—and that’s kind of the point.
We’re challenging each side to work independently, building strength and stability where we need it most. It may not always feel comfortable in the moment, but in the long run, it’s worth it. 👇🏼
• Improves balance & stability
• Helps correct muscle imbalances
• Improves coordination & body awareness
• Builds single-leg strength & joint stability
• Challenges the core through anti-rotation
• Carries over to everyday movement & sports
• Helps improve movement quality and may reduce injury risk
Sometimes the movements that feel the least natural are the ones that make us better movers. 💪🏼
