The America 250 Challenge starts Monday! 🇺🇸
This year marks 250 years of America.
And while no country is perfect, we are incredibly blessed to live the lives we get to live here. The freedoms. The opportunities. The ability to gather together, move our bodies, challenge ourselves, laugh with friends and family, and celebrate this country openly.
That’s what I want this challenge to feel like.
Not a fitness competition.
Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Just Americans doing hard things together. 💪🇺🇸
Every week from June 1 through July 4, we’ll have one challenge:
250 reps of a specific exercise by the end of the week.
JUNE 1-7 STARTS US OFF WITH SQUATS!
And I want people to get creative with it.
Do them:
🇺🇸 in front of a flag
🇺🇸 at a memorial
🇺🇸 at a baseball game
🇺🇸 in a park
🇺🇸 at a barbecue
🇺🇸 wearing red, white & blue
🇺🇸 with your kids or grandkids
🇺🇸 serious or completely ridiculous 😂
I want to see the American way of life.
The beauty of where we live.
The humor.
The grit.
The community.
The freedom.
