🏐 TRAIN WITH A PURPOSE.

Coach Shawn has the girls working on overhead medicine-ball slams—and there’s a reason this movement belongs in volleyball performance training.

The explosive overhead motion helps develop the core, shoulders, lats, and total-body power athletes use when attacking the ball. It also teaches them to transfer force from the legs → through the core → into the upper body—the same kinetic chain involved in powerful hitting and serving.

We’re not just getting stronger. We’re building strength that transfers to the court. 💪🏐
