Talk to your employer early to create a plan before returning to work to plan for the following:
• Where can you express breast milk in a private, non-bathroom space?
• Where can you store breast milk (for example, refrigerator or insulated cooler)?
• Where can you clean pump parts?
• What times during your work schedule are best for you to express breast milk?
