Top 3 places to go to find dream couples for your wedding photo biz...

1. Bridal Shows.

These shows (depending on location and entry fee, can bring in real, high-end couples who are actually ready to spend & book).

Con: $1k-10k investment. You can't control the quality of the attendees.

2. Your website.

Creating an outstanding website that attracts and pre-sells couples is the ultimate dream.

These kinds of inquiries come practically pre-sold and ready to sign.

Cons: this type of growth (SEO ranking & blog featuring) can take years.

3. Instagram and Facebook through strategic ads meant for wedding photographers that want high profit.

Now I love bridal shows don't get me wrong... but ads are far less investment and I don't even have to dress up.

If I were looking to find my dream couples in the fastest and least investment possible, I would start with ads.

And the cool thing about ads is once you know how to create them, you can turn them up or down as you please.

Running ads is the BEST use of money and time if you need weddings fast or want to raise your packages fast.

The nicest thing about this too is it will grow your social media presence at the same time.

Ads allow you to create the ad and have FB & IG run it FOR you, while you sleep, or go to the beach.

And FB & IG *find* couples that raise their hand 🙋🏻‍♀️ asking for your services.

Ads help you stay visible, build credibility, and attract couples who will eventually book you.

How being a wedding photographer lets me be present for my family 🫶🏻

I was the kinder mom when my oldest was in TK, because my weekdays were completely open.

I was the field trip mom, because my weekdays were completely open.

I was the garden teacher at her school, because my weekdays were completely open.

I pick my kids up every day from school, because my weekdays are open.

I know sometimes giving weekends up is hard, but as a mom who wanted to be active in my kids learning and activites, having weekdays open was so much more important to me.

As a mom of four, one of the best things about being a wedding photographer is the freedom to create my own schedule. It’s a beautiful balance!

This flexibility allows me to spend time with my kids while still pursuing my passion for capturing beautiful weddings and connecting with amazing dream couples.

5: extended my shooting hours

How ads help you target couples who value your work - and follow you 📸

Running ads is one of FASTEST ways to find couples who value your work and are willing to pay for it.

Building a referral based business is great, but if you need bookings FAST or need to raise your prices outside of your what your *current market is paying you, you need ads.

Plus, ads allow you to grow your social media presence, which in turn makes you look pretty cool to couples who find you on Instagram.

Couples who connect with your style may start following you, giving you a larger audience to market to. 🙂
