While we can use a variety of strategies, EMDR coaching is what makes my program unique. As a tech professional, EMDR coaching helps you get to the root causes of what’s holding you back and helps you perform at your best.

We’ll complete follow-up screenings for burnout and stress, gather feedback along the way, and check in regularly to support you with any challenges that may get in the way of practicing skills outside of sessions. It’s all about finding what works best for you.
