Here is the question I come back to every time I am trying to make a decision from a place of alignment.

Does this feel like love or does this feel like ego?

The ego wants to expand. It wants to prove, to win, to be seen. And it is convincing.

But the heart always knows the difference.

Love feels spacious. Ego feels urgent.

Love moves toward something. Ego moves away from something it is afraid of losing.

Before your next big decision sit with this. Is this coming from my heart or from my need to be right, to be validated, to be enough?

That answer will tell you everything.

How would we get through this crazy life without dear friends? ❤️

This girls’ weekend at the coast was filled with fall-down laughter, holding space for grief and tears, way too much delicious food, long beach walks and heartfelt talks, and sunset soaks in the hot tub.

The truth is, life can be hard. You might look at this reel and think everything is perfect, but the reality is that life is almost always a mix of joy and struggle.

That’s why friendships like this matter so much. Having people who celebrate with you, cry with you, laugh until your stomach hurts, and remind you who you are is one of life’s greatest gifts.

Getting away together in beautiful Fort Bragg—with sunshine the universe so generously delivered—was exactly what our hearts needed.

Feeling lifted, refreshed, and revitalized. ✨
