Keep it simple this summer ☀️

You don’t need a complete overhaul—just a few habits done consistently:

🥗 Eat balanced meals
🚶‍♀️ Walk 10 minutes after meals
🌅 Wake up with the sun
🏋️‍♀️ Strength train 2–3x/week
🍳 Cook more of your meals
🍹 Limit alcohol

It’s no secret that part of what makes a great coach goes beyond knowledge and application. While these are only a part of the various attributes that make a great leader, great coaches also have the ability to create great relationships and positive training environments.

Just like Coach

Coach Rachel joined the Full Steam coaching team early in 2023. She has a deep reservoir of experience and has been coaching since 2013 (over 13+ years!!).

Rachel coached many of our Full Steam classes and served a large majority of our members — from our early morning groups, McKee Fit program, Lifestyle classes and even weekend classes and workshops. She served on the FSCF Nutrition Coaching team and also helped many clients in one-on-one sessions reach their goals and get back into the habit of training consistently in the gym. To say her influence and imprint is missed is definitely an understatement!

Rachel, we wish you the best in this next season and chapter! Thank you for serving our members faithfully and persistently at Full Steam over the last few years. Your empathy, compassion and care strengthens and highlights the other values of what it means to be a great coach and the knowledge, experience and charisma you bring.

Thank you for being a friend to so many — both in, and outside the gym. 🤍
