We’re officially celebrating the Grand Opening of Chattanooga Fit Body Boot Camp with FIT FEST! 💪🧡💙

And don’t worry — you don’t have to work out or be a gym buff to come! 🙌 This is a fun community event for everyone — come hang out, meet our awesome Fit Fam, meet local businesses, enjoy some healthy bites and samples, grab some giveaways, take photos, and enjoy the afternoon with us!

There will also be optional fitness challenges for anyone who wants to participate. 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Today, Chattanooga Fit Body Boot Camp pauses to remember and honor the lives forever changed by the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
We remember the innocent lives lost, the families who continue to carry the weight of that day, and the selfless heroes who risked everything to help others.
As we honor their sacrifice, we also reflect on the incredible strength, courage, and unity that brought people together in the aftermath. At Chattanooga Fit Body Boot Camp, we believe strongly in the power of community—and today, we are reminded of just how important it is to stand together, support one another, and never take each other for granted.
We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸🙏
