Just when I need my mom the most.. she pops up everytime in different ways. Celebrating all women and the mother in us all...and the love my mother and grandmother had for flowers. These are her iris passed to my mom and then to me... just feeling the love today from all my beloved mothers and grandmothers. Thank you for the special delivery.

Feeling free in so many ways on a sweet get away to Cumberland island w my love for a step above normalcy.

Exploring ancient ruins, wild mating horses, armadillos, manatees, and breathing in all the beauty and ancient ways of being that have been all but lost.

Slowing down and beach life feel real good on me these days. Finding all the goodness sometimes takes practice and gratitude for all you have even in challenging times. We can always choose to thrive in our mind and thoughts regardless of what we can and can not do physically. And know no matter what... we got this!!

Today I’m celebrating the life of my amazing mother and my best friend.. I planted this weeping cherry tree 10 years ago when she was diagnosed w lung cancer on my property. My house wasn’t even built yet but she got to see it and visit.

It’s no coincidence that she blooms in all of her glory today to show me her love. To think as I am away that I could have forgotten if it wasn’t for my neighbor to send me a picture, there are angel’s everywhere.

She would be 82 today.. and if I stay busy and don’t pause to celebrate her I don’t notice the longing and aching in my heart. I love and miss her so much.

Today I will pause and find a new shrub to plant or some new flowers to celebrate how blessed I was to know and love her.

I love vibe live bc not only do these gals make me laugh and get my body moving w the best dance moves and music out there..but I just had my annual doc visit and my blood pressure and heart rate have gone down 20 points since adding cardio to my life! Thank you Kelly and Ally!

My Covid time will always be remembered by these ladies Kelly Rademacher Schur and Ally Ponte at CLUB VIBE who I have danced with religiously since March. I have laughed, dropped it low, and feel fit as a cucumber (is that possible) and honored to blow their horn as they compete in a fund raiser this sunday to raise awareness for eating disorders, something near and dear to my heart.

Feeling fab and strong as I move towards 38 next month and out of quarantine! 60 days of cardio dancing in quarantine, 30 days of strength training and upgrading my workout from canned black beans to real weights!! No matter what age you are...we all need to do strength resistance training whether it’s no weights, canned goods or real weights! At least 30 min twice a week! I was so happy to see how this helped me climb w more ease off the couch last weekend. I had no idea the value and how much I would love it...but have been enjoying diving in and learning so much from

I like to put 3 hairbands on my wrists and each time I fill up my water bottle i take one off and put it on my water bottle so I can track how much water I am having in a day.⁣
