Yesterday, we gathered at the downtown mall for the World T'ai Chi Day. Passersby stopped to watch us move in silence. Afterwards they mentioned that they felt calm.

Saturday April 25: group practice is canceled because we'll be celebrating World Taiji Day at the Central Place on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, 10am, with the 100-Step Taiji form and demonstrations of Xing Yi Quan and Ba Gua Zhang.
