Jim's Gym has created scholarships for Western Albemarle Football players or any other sport there who are commited to go play collage sports . Alex lake is headed to Bridgewater collage to play football . We welcome him here to work on his training before he heads off in the fall. If any students who are headed to collage and have a commited letter , you can be eligable to train here for free over the summer. Contact me ! If your under 18 years of age , you must come with a parent .

Today I went out to support the wahsfootball team. Many years ago I was on that field putting in blood sweat and tears . Wanna thank coach Redman for having me out to speak to the young men. We look foward to supporting these guys through thier season and building a support system for them on and off the field.
