Momentum Personal Fitness was born from my passion to help people become the healthiest version of themselves and achieve their fitness goals. I started my fitness journey as a teenager with a single curl bar in my bedroom. I caught the bug from these simple workouts and I eventually started training for power lifting and body building competitions. Over the years, I have learned that every client
is different. Different starting points, different goals, different health concerns, etc. There is no one size fits all training method. What works for one person may not work for another person. Just like there is personalized medicine, there has to be personalized fitness. By having my own studio I am not restricted by commercial gym sales gimmicks, health insurance directed care, or lack of time to give one on one attention to the client/patient. My training philosophy is no nonsense, no fitness fads, just hard work and commitment.
