Today we’re saying “see you later” to one of the best! While short lived has been a huge part of Strive! Not only as a trainer but as a leader, a motivator and a friend. The impact you have had on our members, our team and our community cant be measured.

So to that we want to say thank you. Thank you for the energy you brought to every class, the relationships you have built, and your passion for helping others become their best self!

While we’re sad to see you go we wish you and your family nothing but the best on your next chapter! No matter what just know you always have a place here at Strive!

📢PERSONAL TRAINING SHOUTOUT 📢

My main man Kyle! Kyle came to me about 6 months ago, all 6’8” + 310lbs of him! Kyles main focus is to lose body fat and gain muscle in preparation for the military! Kyle is currently down 50lbs!! 👀👀👀 Weighing in at 265lbs! Along with that Kyle has made big progressions in the weight room increasing weight on all of his compound movements as well as sharpening his movement patterns💪

I am regularly discussing with my clients that I have the skills and knowledge to help them achieve their goals and get them to where they want to go. BUT with that that there has to be a buy in from their side… they have to be prepared to truly make some changes to their life… talk about a guy who is bought in!!!😎 Kyle continues to work his butt off in and outside of the gym every single day and man does it show!

It started with a “hey, you want to do a Hyrox?” the answer was a resounding “YES” and there 13 of us were on a plane to Dallas last November where 10 of us competed in our first Hyrox together!!

Now we’re doing it again!
Next stop NYC in June 🗽with anothercrew ready to take on the challenge!
