I typically don’t post about my clients personal progress. It’s not something I feel is necessary for how I run my business. And as my clients know, I rarely ever take videos of our sessions. So when I do, it’s for a good reason.

This may be the first time I’ve regretted not taking any videos of this client when she first started with me. I wish I could articulate to everyone how incredibly far this young lady has come. She has been consistently training with me for roughly 2 years now, twice a week and rarely ever misses a session. She even joins in our group conditioning every Friday accompanied by her grandmother.
If I could only show you what our first session looked like 2 years ago, you would understand how incredible it is that’s she’s squatting well over her bodyweight right now, deadlifting, pressing, sprinting, jumping and walks with confidence! This young women has put in so much work and I couldn’t be more proud to have her as a client. She came to me with the goal of being a firefighter one day. Although, she’s still not old enough to join yet, she is going to be well ahead of the game when she can finally sign up! She’s not waiting around to turn 18 so she can start training. She started years before because it’s a goal of hers. I wish more young people understood this concept. I feel incredibly fortunate to be apart of helping this young women achieve her dream one day.

Here she is squatting 135lbs reverse band for a double and the next video is 95lbs straight weight for a set of 7. Don’t forget, her bodyweight is less than 100lbs. Yeah, pretty impressive!

We have set up what we are calling “daily habit practice” for anyone who wants to begin to build the mental strength.
