🔺 Reflect
Have your graded yourself on how you performed the week prior? Take 10 minutes to reflect on 3 things you did well and 3 things that need improvement.
🔺 Evaluate
Grade yourself on a scale of 1-10 on your emotions, purpose, mental, and energy. Did I handle my emotions well? Did I plan my week and execute? How did I handle stress this week? Did I provide positive energy this week to my family, friends, and clients? These are some questions you need to ask yourself every week and grade them based on your performance.
🔺 Plan
After you evaluate yourself based on last week’s performance. Now it’s time to plan how you can improve this week . What are the goals and/or task I can keep constant and what are the issues that need to improve 1% the upcoming week? Create a plan on what your ideal week looks like and focus on that until the plan is completed. Bad weeks will happen. It’s
inevitable. It may take you a month or 2 to see this plan surface but remain consistent with improving every week.
🔺 Re-evaluate
Finally, repeat the entire process every week. This process creates accountability for yourself to continually strive for greatness, to evolve, and to build constructive habits.
Today you start becoming the person you have been envisioning every day. READY…..SET…..GO!
