Huge s/o to ( ) & .2023 ( )for scoring their 100th goal this month. These ladies have been training with us for 4 years now, and 100 goals (scored in 2 years) and a college scholarship later. It’s safe to say the hard work is paying off. Congrats ladies!!!

How are you starting your week?

🔺 Reflect

Have your graded yourself on how you performed the week prior? Take 10 minutes to reflect on 3 things you did well and 3 things that need improvement.

🔺 Evaluate

Grade yourself on a scale of 1-10 on your emotions, purpose, mental, and energy. Did I handle my emotions well? Did I plan my week and execute? How did I handle stress this week? Did I provide positive energy this week to my family, friends, and clients? These are some questions you need to ask yourself every week and grade them based on your performance.

🔺 Plan

After you evaluate yourself based on last week’s performance. Now it’s time to plan how you can improve this week . What are the goals and/or task I can keep constant and what are the issues that need to improve 1% the upcoming week? Create a plan on what your ideal week looks like and focus on that until the plan is completed. Bad weeks will happen. It’s
inevitable. It may take you a month or 2 to see this plan surface but remain consistent with improving every week.

🔺 Re-evaluate

Finally, repeat the entire process every week. This process creates accountability for yourself to continually strive for greatness, to evolve, and to build constructive habits.

- A mentality to become the greatest version of yourself. The understanding that life is hard and in order to be successful we must be willing to do the hard things first. The mantra is a reminder that no matter how tough situations may appear. You can not break focus. You can not fold. You can not surrender your will. Everyday you must focus on becoming 1% better . Are your actions aligned with your dreams?

Dreams without goals are only dreams. At what point do you tell yourself you want the best for you? At what point do you get tired of being average, second best, or the lesser comparison? When are you going to understand that we don’t succeed because we fail to continuously fail. Failure is your growth, your development, and your success. Accept failure as an experience of what not to do and not as a disappointment. Willie Mays strikeout out 1,526 times but nobody remembers the strikeouts. They only remember the 660 home runs.

Steps to becoming the greatest athletic version of yourself ❗️

1️⃣ Write down your goals
2️⃣ Review your goals for 30 minutes every day
3️⃣ Visualize in your mind what your future look like accomplishing those goals
4️⃣ Feel the emotions that come when you accomplish those goals
5️⃣ Believe in yourself unconditionally
