I always remind my parents that they are concerned about their own child, and rightfully so. However, the coach has to be concerned about 20-30 kids, and the director has to be concerned about 150-200 kids. Everyone involved just needs to give each other grace.

Every coach wants talented players, but it takes a special coach to want to develop less talented kids into great players. You have to really have coaching in your heart to do that. 🏈🏀⚽️⚾️
