128 oz might sound intense, but you’ve got this when you break it up and stay consistent:
☀️ Knock out a big glass first thing in the morning
🥤Sip all day — don’t wait until you’re thirsty
😤 Keep that water bottle glued to your hand
🍋 Mix it up with electrolytes or fruit if needed
