Next Wed, April 29th!

Celebrate wonder, curiosity, and all your new friends with a fun-filled, social bike ride. Less than 10 miles, conversational pace, all are welcome, and bring your lights. We often end at location round the corner from the shop for beverages/vittles after.

Where will this ride take us? To figure that, we’ll co-create a couple origami cootie-catchers/fortune tellers to help direct where we go, and what we do. Be thinking about ideas for destinations within a 3 mile radius and simple activities that could take place anywhere, and we’ll take care of the rest when you get here! Show up at 6p, rolling out at 6:30p. We often get back ~8:30p, and sometimes grab a beverage after. Bring lights for your way home.

Alamance County Parks and Recreation has purchased a 700 acre parcel of land near Saxapahaw with steep hills and rock outcroppings. Phase 1 plans include the development of mountain biking trails.

Attend one of the following meetings to learn more about this project and to provide your input.

Meeting 1: April 14, 2026, 6:00 PM. Haw River Ballroom, 1711 Saxapahaw-Bethlehem Church Rd, Saxapahaw, NC 27340.

Carrboro has combined Open Streets, Earth Day, and Carrboro day into one event on Sunday, April 19th 12-4pm.

We are teaching lil folks how to ride on two wheels and would love your help!! (honestly we wouldn’t be able to do this without y’all!) There’s the 12-2p and the 2-4p time slots.

Cruise of Creek-y Curiosities Bike Ride
