FIT Carrboro is expanding!

We are excited to announce that we have busted through the wall to combine our space with the old TABLE space next door to make a bigger and better FIT Carrboro this fall.

We will continue to offer expert one-of-a-kind personal training services for people of all ages and abilities, hiring a few new trainers, will service more youth and adult athletes in our new longer space, and hold more small group training and workshops.

And…Gayle is busy getting Pilates Reformer Certified! We will be offering small reformer classes of only 3 people, as well as duo and individual sessions with the area’s best instructors.

Stay tuned for updates as we create the home of the best fitness studio in the area.

Please help us welcome our newest trainer Gabby to FIT Carrboro!

Gabby aims to holistically guide her clients toward their fitness goals at a speed they can’t accomplish on their own. She believes that all people deserve to have the tools to take charge of their aspirations to live healthier and fuller lives.

Her love for personal training comes largely from playing competitive basketball and volleyball, and from her own journeys with body composition and managing sports injuries. She loves working with all ages and fitness levels, creating an environment that challenges her clients to be a little bit better every day. Sessions are fun, efficient, and immersive.

Gabby’s specialties include: strength training, endurance training, behavioral change, sports performance, weight management, and post-rehab.
