We are still seeking donations of car seats, strollers, diapers, and bottles if you would like to contribute to this wonderful FREE event. This was an Instructor Alisa Lebedeva class, and they absolutely showed up — same timing, same energy, same vibe. That’s what practice + trust in the process looks like.

✨ Every Saturday at 11 AM we host Beginner Exotic at Vertical Dance Studio.
Spots go fast, so don’t sleep on it.

Yes — it’s beginner-friendly, and we always offer lots of modifications, even for brand-new beginners.
That said, you do need to have at least a basic pirouette/walk around the pole before coming in so you can feel confident and actually enjoy the class.
