Thank you to all of the players and families that joined us this week for tryouts! Southern Maryland Ospreys is still looking for players to form a new 12U team. Coach Sewell will be hosting a practice Sunday, August 11 at Chancellor's Run Regional Park Field #3 from 12-2 pm for all of those who are interested in joining. UPDATE: Unfortunately, today's tryouts (July 25,2024) are CANCELLED. Please join us next Tuesday, July 30th at Lancaster Park Field #5 from 6-8 pm!

Today is the day! Come join us for our 12U Fastpitch tryouts this evening at Lancaster Park, Field #5 from 6-8 pm. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for registration. (Any weather updates will be posted by 4pm)

🥎 Please join us for 12U SOMD Osprey Fastpitch tryouts! 🥎

We are welcoming all 12U players to the Ospreys Softball Skills camp on Monday, July 15th and Wednesday, July 17th at Lancaster Park from 6-8pm.

12U TRYOUTS will be held July 25th and July 30th at Lancaster Park Field #5 from 6-8 pm.

What a last weekend for the Ospreys. 3-2, 3rd place tournament finish with 34 hits, 11 extra base hits, 38 runs scored and 34 runs allowed. Lots of pool time and volleyball after the games and the end of season party on Sunday. We took advantage of the first day of summer break and the whole team had a blast at Busch Gardens to cap off an awesome season. Great season ladies and keep up the hard work over the summer! 🥎🧡🖤🥎

A handful of our Ospreys competed in the District 7 Memorial Day tournament and brought home the gold by run ruling all three games. Because of weather these girls haven't seen the field in over a month wearing their orange and black but it's looking like beautiful weather this weekend at Cedar Lane Park. Good luck ladies! 🧡🖤🥎

Fun last practice of the season for these ladies. Worked hard for two and a half hours the played a little trick play HORSE to close out. Most of them have the Little League Memorial Day tournament next weekend followed by two straight USSSA tournaments and All-Stars to finish off the season.
