Remember when we had to wear masks? We sure do. 😅

It’s been a long time since those days, but this clip takes us back to outdoor workouts during the pandemic—when social distancing was the norm and we were just looking for ways to keep moving and stay connected.

This was at McCambridge Park in Burbank, working out together… yet apart. 😂

Looking back, it wasn’t always easy, but we’re grateful for the community that kept showing up, adapting, and supporting one another through it all.

Community is the heart of MoveHER 💛

We had an absolute blast celebrating our community’s 6th birthday here at MoveHER! We kicked things off with our first annual MoveHER Olympics, splitting into two teams and having so much fun playing games, cheering each other on, and bringing all the energy.

We also took this day to recognize the women who make MoveHER so special with our Certificate of Empowerment Awards. We love celebrating the wins—because it’s the small moments shared together that remind us why movement for life matters so much.

Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. We had such a blast and hope y’all did too! 🫶
