This year—once again, just like every year before—my heart is overflowing with gratitude for one thing above all: LOVE.

The love that wraps around me from near and far, and the love I carry in my own heart for every single one of YOU. Love truly is the most powerful force we have. It’s what makes life matter, what inspires me daily, and what keeps me going with joy and purpose. 💛

Monday through Thursday : 6am to 10pm
Friday : 6am to 8pm
Saturday: 7am to 5pm
Sunday : 8am to 2pm

None of this would be possible without a Great Family (I am so grateful for YOU all) and the BEST TEAM along side of me.

Yep. 🙃 It’s that time of year… AGAIN.

My annual .
It’s something that the people who know me, CARE about me… the people I love and LOVE me have come to on... rely on.

It’s my “friendly reminder” & count down, beginning six months to the date & a reminder countdown every single month that follows, that
MY BIRTHDAY IS IN 6 MONTHS!!! 😉

Today is that day!
The 21st of November.

MY BIRTHDAY IS in 6 MONTHS!!!
EVERY YEAR, as part of my tradition, I reflect on my life, my purpose and the impact I am making in this world I am blessed to live, laugh and love in.
I am humbly proud of it.

I reflect on one of my greatest accomplishments… my GYM, , and the people I CARE about, LOVE and (do my best) to to be their best “YOU!”...

While I appreciate every bit of it, I don’t celebrate for the flowers, gifts, cards etc... but, for the reason that I built and accomplished my goal...
FunXional Fitness is a destination for People, Family... for healthy LOVE & connection of YOU and each other!

And, next year on my 43rd year,
FunXional Fitness will carry on my tradition.

PEOPLE NEED PEOPLE. ♥️
Life is to be celebrated.
