🌟Tuesday Trainer Feature🌟
Meet lagreebydiana , a Lagree instructor based in UAE, Sharjah who is teaching at MOVEMENT Studio. After taking her first Lagree class in April 2025, she said everything just clicked and she fell in love with the method and knew she wanted to take it further. Three months later, Diana became certified and started teaching in September 2025.
Since then, she’s completed several Level 2 courses, as she truly believes we should never stop learning, evolving, and elevating our practice. Now, almost a year into teaching, she’s so grateful for the growth, learning, and community this journey has brought her.
Learn more about Diana below and leave some in the comments!
🌟What do you love most about Lagree?
The method itself. There is so much intention behind every part of it, from the movements and tempo to form, muscle engagement, and the purpose behind each exercise. I love how every detail has a reason, and how the method allows you to constantly challenge yourself while still being so mindful of your body.
🌟What is your favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
The Lagree is the community I’ve built and watching my clients grow, both physically and mentally. Seeing someone go from “I can’t do this” to actually doing it is one of the most rewarding feelings. And after a long day as a corporate girly, teaching is also my way of switching off and doing something that genuinely makes me happy.
🌟What is a fun fact about you?
I never thought I would be someone who could stand up and speak in front of a room full of people. I’m actually a huge introvert, and public speaking used to be one of my biggest fears. Teaching Lagree has brought out a side of me I never knew existed and made me discover a confidence in myself that I didn’t know I had.
🌟What is your favorite Lagree move?
Always and forever, any heavy leg move + wheelbarrow for the core. Wheelbarrow may be a classic, but that core engagement? Oof. It never gets easier. 🥵
