🌟Tuesday Trainer Feature🌟
Meet  - a Lagree certified instructor, based in SoCal! Cece took a Lagree class back in 2021 with a close friend and became hooked. Fast forward to 2024, she decided to get certified and now she’s currently teaching at , , and where she said she has the privilege of teaching on both the Mini Pro and Mega Pro. Cece said she is currently enjoying the Lagree world by further educating myself on the method by taking level 2 trainings, workshops, and seeking mentorships from fellow trainers she’s met along the way. Whenever she needs inspiration, you can catch her at different studios all around LA and OC seeking tips and admiring talents from various instructors!

🌟What do you love most about Lagree?
The overall method! It’s so enriching and invigorating. Complex yet worth-while. Tough, but gratifying. Not to mention the holistic experience  behind it. I’ve learned to understand fitness in general thanks to Lagree. Before Lagree, all I did was cardio (which is great), but adding strength training to my daily life has changed me for the better physically and mentally.

🌟What is your favorite thing about teaching Lagree?
The clients. They give me purpose, power, and inspiration. When I’m tired after teaching, it’s them who remind me that I also need to take care of myself , because they’d show up for themselves! Teaching Lagree is also my way of giving back to what Lagree has given me (confidence, physical strength, mental strength).

🌟What is a fun fact about you?
I’m pregnant! So excited to become a mom and so thankful I’m in great shape to bring my little guy into this world. And yes, I’m still doing Lagree (safely) during pregnancy!

🌟What is your favorite Mega move?
Any heavy legs, but mainly the Reverse Super lunge. Working so many muscles at once in ONE exercise is such a win! Always sore and defeated, but always stronger!

It Doriana said it was love at first sight as she fell in love with the method itself, its philosophy, and the incredible Patricia who introduced her to this world. 🌟What made you originally fall in love with Lagree?
Lagree is not just a workout; it’s a mental challenge as much as a physical one. In just a few minutes, you engage your entire body at a high intensity without placing unnecessary stress on your joints. By the end of the class, you feel tired, of course—but also energized, stronger, and more centered. My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients happy. Not only because of the physical results they achieve, but because of the smile they leave with after every class. 🌟Tuesday Trainer Feature🌟
Meet  - a Lagree certified instructor, based in Amman, Jordan teaching at ; the first Lagree studio in the country. Raneen started with yoga, then moved into Pilates and barre, and eventually found her way to Lagree. She was certified in in 2025 and is currently enjoying taking Level 2 courses and teaching Lagree like never before. She loves teaching both Mega and Micro and is really drawn to classes that challenge control, strength and mind-to-muscle connection. Raneen really enjoys it and it’s become a big part of her day-to-day life.
