The 18-hole layout unfurls across 6,255 yards of pristine fairways and greens, kissed by seven ponds amid a farmland perimeter teeming with lush foliage. eam Valley Golf Course is just minutes from Springfield, MO. The 18-hole regulation length golf course was opened in 1994 by Owen and Karen Kjar. Owen designed the course and then operated and managed it until March 2008 as Dream Valley Golf Course. On April 4, 2014 the family reclaimed the course and changed the name to honor Karen, who lost her battle to cancer in 1998 at the age of 47. In 2019, the course was purchased by two families who brought back the original name of Dream Valley.
