🔹 Helped organize a blood and bone marrow drive for an 8-year-old—and a match was found
🔹 After losing my father to COVID-19, left corporate healthcare to serve underserved communities
🔹 Founded Noir Well Mobile Adult Health NP in 2022, initially providing care from my car, and am now self-funding a 5,000-square-foot healthcare and community space in Bushwick
🔹 Created Mental Health Mondays for children and an annual minority men’s wellness initiative that continues today
🔹 Independently trained Community Operations Associates, with approximately 10 hired by Noir Well Adult Health NP since mid-2025
🔹 Through The Well-Ed Project, became an official NYC SBS and Workforce1 partner working to expand paid earn-as-you-learn opportunities
🔹 Led nurses and volunteers in providing care, screenings, vaccinations, supplies, and preventive-health support to thousands of New Yorkers
🔹 Personally provided initial and continued care to an estimated 2,400–3,600 migrants and families in shelters, faith-based locations, and on NYC streets
My mission is to remove barriers to wellness, create opportunities, and provide compassionate, dignified care.
