Join us for a sacred morning of reflection, release, renewal, and connection as we gather by the ocean in honor of my mother on the 20th anniversary of her passing. 🤍

This will be a beautiful time to pause, cleanse our energy, reconnect with nature, and honor the love and memories that continue to live on.

Healing your inner child is not about changing who you are. It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that needed more love, safety, understanding, and compassion. 🤍

Sometimes healing means giving yourself permission to feel what you couldn’t express before. Sometimes it means setting boundaries, choosing yourself, and learning to speak to yourself with kindness.

Your past may have shaped you—but it doesn’t have to define you. 🌱

You are worthy of love. You are worthy of healing. You are worthy of becoming whole.

Coming back to Guyana, South America—the place where I grew up—but this time under circumstances I never imagined.

I returned home to lay my brother to rest. 🤍

Being back here, surrounded by familiar places, memories, and the land that shaped me, has made this journey even more emotional. There is something deeply powerful about coming home during a time of loss.

This past year has been one of the hardest seasons of my life. After my fall last September, surgeries, physical healing, losing friends, and now losing my brother, I’ve experienced a depth of pain I never expected.

And yet, even in the middle of grief, I can still say:

**Life is still sweet. Life is still good.**

There has been love in the pain.
There have been blessings in the heartbreak.
There have been moments of grace I will never forget.

Losing my brother is a journey I know I will be carrying for a long, long time. But being here, in the place where I grew up, saying goodbye to him has reminded me to cherish family, memories, and every moment we are given.

I’m still healing.
I’m still grieving.
I’m slowly coming back into myself.

And through it all, I’m learning to embrace the bittersweet moments and keep moving forward—with love, gratitude, and my brother forever in my heart.

Emotional trauma can leave scars that no one else can see.

Maybe you've been carrying pain for years. Maybe you've learned to smile while hurting on the inside.

Healing doesn't mean forgetting what happened. It means giving yourself permission to move forward without letting your past control your future. Recovery is often a gradual process that includes self-compassion, healthy support, and learning to feel safe again.

No matter where you are on your journey, know this:

✨ Your story is not over.
✨ Your pain does not define you.
