Nobody talks enough about the darker side of becoming who you’re meant to be.
It’s a lifetime journey of unraveling the past so you can fully live your purpose in the present and expand into who you’re meant to become.
Yes, there is light.
There are moments of deep peace, clarity, self-compassion, joy, and profound connection.
But there is also darkness.
There are moments of grief as you mourn who you could have been.
Loneliness as you outgrow relationships and identities that once felt familiar.
Internal conflict as different parts of you fight between safety and growth.
External conflict when the people around you aren’t ready for your evolution.
Anxiety when you step into the unknown.
Depression when old coping mechanisms no longer work, but the new version of you isn’t fully embodied yet.
This is why nervous system healing matters.
Because healing isn’t about avoiding discomfort.
It’s about building the capacity to stay present with all of it.
The light and the dark.
The expansion and the contraction.
The death of old identities and the birth of new ones.
The goal isn’t to become someone different.
The goal is to remove everything that was never truly you.
✨ Your future self isn’t created overnight.
It’s revealed layer by layer.
