We've got an exciting opportunity coming up next week at TriBy3! The HEAT Institute at West Chester University will be in the studio conducting bike and run sweat rate and sweat sodium analysis. Pain free testing that will give you all the information you ever wanted about your body's electrolyte needs, all COMPLETELY FREE of charge!

In honor of here are some pics from last weekend at the Miamiman/Long Course National Championships. Teammates and James kicked butt! Demetra snagged 3rd in her age group, 10th overall woman, and managed to put her helmet on the correct way 😉 This race is no joke with a 10K run, 56 mile bike, then a half marathon run to finish. 😳
