" I have always been an athlete, but two hip replacements changed my workouts and sports participation for years.

I had been going to boot camps for about 12 years in three different states, but after moving to Florida, I struggled to find a place that could adapt movements around my limitations.

When I started F45, it was different.

The coaches helped modify exercises to meet me where I was. I had always been very cardio-driven and never focused much on strength training, but after my second hip replacement 2.5 years ago, I decided to change that.

It has made all the difference.

In 2.5 years, I have lost 45 lbs through F45 strength training and walking 5–12 miles a day. I’m in the best shape I have been in since high school.

My range of motion, balance, squats, lunges, and ability to step up on the box have improved tremendously. I still have challenges with certain exercises, but I modify when needed.

The coaches help with technique, weight selection, and positive reinforcement. The results, friendly coaches, and members are what keep me coming back.

What I tell new members is simple: you go at your own pace, choose your own weights, and create your own challenge. There is no pressure, and people of all ages participate.

The members you see who are strong and fit have been putting in the work for years—and that could be you too.

Group training pushes me outside my comfort zone and keeps me focused. I love how well-rounded the program is because it gets me doing the things I need, not just the things I like." We are proud of you Lori!
