New client requests, a link is in our bio for new client intake request. If we don’t have openings that work for you, please let us know in your intake form what works for you and we will attempt to adjust the schedule to accommodate your need!

All of our other sessions you may sign up to be waitlisted, in the event of a cancelation.

It’s not one piece of equipment.
And it’s definitely not about chasing exhaustion.
Pilates is a movement practice built on awareness, control, breath, and intention.

One of my favorite things about being a business owner is watching other women step into their potential. 👑

Today, we are celebrating TWO of our incredible Instructors who have been part of The Studio family for more than two years and are now pursuing dreams of their own by opening their own studios. 🥳

Over the past two years, these women have shared their talent, energy, and passion with our community. While many might feel sad for us, I’m simply so proud and excited. They aren’t leaving us. We are all one big family! Success isn’t about holding people back—it’s about helping people grow, cheering them on, and celebrating their wins.

Entrepreneurship takes courage, and I have no doubt they will each create something special.

Congratulations on this exciting next chapter. I’m proud of everything you’ve accomplished and excited to see what you create. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. 💙

Happy Sunday!!

Below are The Studio’s openings for the week. We are excited to add more of Molly’s availability to The Studio’s calendar - she has added 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10:30 a.m. private sessions on Tuesday mornings throughout most of June!

Additionally, after 8.5 years of teaching double shifts, Beth will no longer be on the schedule Wednesday mornings. However, you will see Naomi on the morning schedule and Beth will continue teaching in the evenings.

Summer mode is turning on, which means you may have vacations planned. Please remember to remove yourself from any pre-scheduled sessions you may have booked in Punchpass!

Yesterday’s Mobile REMS + Body Screening Client Appreciation Day was a fully booked success! 🙌🏼

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible clients for prioritizing your health, showing up for yourselves, and trusting us with your wellness journey. Watching this community continue to invest in strength, longevity, and prevention is exactly why we do what we do. 💙

A special thank you to REMS Bone Imaging by Healthcare Delivered Network for sharing your time and expertise with us. And it was so fun seeing Janelle in a role outside of teaching at The Studio!

We’ve added one final screening date next Tuesday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, and there are only 2 spots remaining!

If you’ve been curious about your bone health, body composition, muscle balance, or overall health markers, this is such valuable information to have as part of your wellness journey.
