That moment when you present your 34th recital after being up until 2 AM not feeling well and back up at 630. You prep whatever else needs done and you show up-including mopping the dance studio so that the mats come home to a clean spot. You forget to eat all day and are starving. You have many amazing volunteers helping you. You have absolutely awesome dancers and families present to perform and watch. Your instructors are phenomenal! You have a small studio and like it that way so that you can maintain a personal touch with all dancers and families yet you present a 3 hr show with 45 numbers. You have amazing dancers in back to back numbers who absolutely killed their performances. You prep for 9 months (much like having a child!) and present the newest edition “School Daze” and it is a blast! I absolutely LOVED this theme! You get dinner and come home and are too tired to unload everything. Was it worth it? You better believe it!!!! Thank you EVERYONE for being there last night and sharing your children with us. We love you all and hope everyone enjoyed last night as much as I did. LGD would be nothing without all of you! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
