There’s something pretty special about watching a camper grow up.

Check out these beautiful senior photos of longtime camper-turned-CIT, Zeke! From running around as a camper to becoming a CIT, and now celebrating his senior year, we’ve had the joy of watching so many chapters of his story unfold.

We’re incredibly honored that the Ranch could be the backdrop for these photos and for so many of the memories along the way and moments that will be treasured for years to come.

Here’s to the places, people, and adventures that become part of who we are.

We want to thank Max and Monica for letting us host their beautiful wedding here on the Ranch. Every couple that gets married with us becomes apart of our story, and we love being apart of theirs!

Here is to happily ever after. ❤️

What a week on the ranch! We had a jam packed 5 days full of fun doing everything from riding horses to admiring nature!

On Thursday we had a wonderful overnight with Red, White, and You Guys! We had some super tasty pizza and a very entertaining hot dog relay race! As always, we finished our week off with an electric game of Capture the Flag and our Legendary Award Ceremony! So many awards were given to so many of our wonderfully amazing campers!

We’re in full summer swing at the Colorado Mountain Ranch, and can't wait to share what new memories we make this week!

Week 3 at the Colorado Mountain Ranch was filled with our first taste of those beautiful rocky mountain summer days.

With more weeks come more activities the staff at the ranch have been offering up! In addition to our regularly scheduled programming, campers had the chance to learn sewing, wood burning, chess, and scrounging the less traveled areas of the ranch in search of the treasures that nature provides.
During our overnight/undernight we had a phantom unexpectedly plunder the camp store of all of its candy. Fortunately Mystery Inc. showed up and Scooby and the gang helped us uncover clues to who this mysterious phantom was. In the end it was Old Man Jenkins doing the devious candy theft, and all of our campers were rewarded with some delicious scooby snacks for solving the mystery!

Week 2 in the books at the Colorado Mountain Ranch!
Wind was the word of the week in Gold Hill. Gusts were kicking up dust and blowing over chairs, but that didn’t stop our campers! The mountainboarders were shredding, the archers were losing their arrows, the creative cabin was bursting with creativity, and our campers got plenty of time in the forested areas of the ranch whether on horseback or foot.
Our overnight/undernight activity contained a palpable energy as the cowboys, cowgirls, and aliens worked together throughout 5 activity stations to uncover the lost dictionary fragments in order to resolve their language barrier, ending in an electric performance of cotton eyed joe.
Amazing amount of memories made in 5 days, all of us here at the ranch can’t wait to do it again!

What a first week at Colorado Mountain Ranch!
The week started with some exciting mountain thunderstorms (and even a little hail!), but it finished with beautiful blue skies and perfect Colorado weather.
Campers spent their days mountain boarding, horseback riding, practicing their gymnastic skills on the mats, getting creative in the arts & crafts building, learning about shelter building and fire safety in outdoor living, and turning the forest into a playground with nature games. One of the biggest highlights was Capture the Flag, played Thursday night during the overnight and again on Friday, bringing plenty of teamwork, strategy, and unforgettable camp memories.

Here’s to another amazing week in the mountains!
