Action Athletics is a functional and fun fitness training-based company focusing on group training in skills derived from the sport of ninja warrior. 'Ninja' is an action described to combine agility, speed, strength, momentum, body awareness, precision and balance in order to navigate and overcome obstacles in various environments through jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and running. Our f

acility is a space for kids and adults to safely learn the techniques and skills necessary to safely perform the physical and mental demands of obstacles. Training will consist of low instructor to student ratios in order to emphasize the needs of each individual.
