Boston Boxing and Fitness Equipped with over 1500 pounds of free weights,Boston Boxing & Fitness provides a full weight training experience for its members.

Our on-staff strength coaches will design a conditioning and strengthening program specifically for you. You do not have to be a competitive boxer to train like one. Whether you are focused on boxing competitively or recreationally we will train and prepare you with circuit training; coordination and conditioning exercises; drills on the heavy bag, speed bag and double-end bag; and one on one work

with a trainer in the ring. You will be eligible to spar, only after mastering proper stance, punches, defense and conditioning. Group classes taught by certified USA boxing instructors are available for women and kids. Class includes a stretch designed to increase flexibility and prevent injury, followed by a series of circuit training exercises designed to enhance coordination, strength and agility. Finally, we put on our gloves for some heavy bag, double-end bag and speed bag work.

Tough fighting friends in the ring, but if you are doing it right in this sport there should be way more friends than enemies when you step in that ring

Tremendous non stop action from these two tonight. We came up short on a tight 3-2 split but can’t complain, it was an amazing fight. Very proud of Henry Ung as always, getting better every fight.

Congrats Apostolous and best of luck the rest of the way

Hi everyone, thank you for liking our page, but because we have 2 pages for Boston Boxing we will be shutting this one down next month. Just a few days away from the Team Training Finale Fight Night....

Join us on Saturday May 16th for a night of amateur boxing, beer, music and raffles.

We will be crowning the Team Training Champion that night and all the participants in the program will combine as one team, Team Boston Boxing, and match up with the all stars from other area gyms.

Come on out and show your support for these rising boxing stars...

Congratulations to Boston Boxing's Shelly Walsh for her big win last night at the Fight for Fitness in Newton. Working her way back to Kansas City to defend her Ringside World Championship in August.

Great job Shelly and thanks to Stephen Scanlon and Nonantum Boxing for putting on such a great show and for having us be a part of it.

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Boston Boxing is proud to be a part of two exciting events taking place on Saturday May 9th.

First, Shelly Walsh will be representing Team Boston Boxing at the Fight for Life Boxing show held at the American Legion Post 440 in Newton. Show starts at 7:30pm, tickets can be bought at the door for $25. This will be Shelly's first open fight.

The second big event involves Boston Boxing's own trainer John Biddy who will be competing in a Charity Event to benefit the BoSoma Dance Company, the event is a celebrity dance competition similar to that of Dancing with the Stars. Yes, John will be dancing. The event will be held at Mass Motion next to the gym, from 7pm-12am. Tickets are $40 and includes a silent auction, DJ, dancing, cash bar and appetizers. You must be 21 to attend and cocktail attire is required.

Come out and support a couple of great causes this weekend

Just a couple weeks away from the big showdown, Team Michelle Egan vs Team Shelly Walsh at the Boston Boxing Fight Night Finale

Don't miss the action, unlike Mayweather/Pacquiao this fight won't cost you $30,000 to enter and there will undoubtedly be more boxing and less hiding at our fight

Doors open at 6:30pm, bouts start at 7:15pm. We have several other gyms coming by and the bout sheet is filling fast.

We will have a cash bar, music and door prizes. Get here early the room will fill up quickly.

Exciting week at Boston Boxing and Fitness this week, NEW CLASSES being introduced on Friday night. We will be adding Kettlebell Classes to the schedule as well as a BoxerCise Class which will combine our current Heavy Bag Class with our Cardio Class

Don't miss out on a tremendous fitness experience and just in time for your summer workout regiment.

Don't be fooled by all the gimmicks and fads out there, come down to Boston Boxing and hit it hard old school with our proven fitness classes, structured strength and conditioning programs, and of course our world class boxing program.

Boston Boxing will be offering new classes this May as well as offering classes on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons.

The new classes being offered are 30 minute Kettlebell classes and 60 minute BoxerCise Classes (which will combine both the heavybag and total body class)
